Body Sculpt

This class is designed to improve your muscular endurance. A full hour of sculpting the body with resistance training, Laura will lead you through exercises to strengthen and tone the arms, legs, hips, thighs, shoulders, back, and abs. Laura is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and personal trainer, who can show you correct alignment and form for all exercises; she will be your very own “personal trainer” throughout this class!! A full body workout, this class will improve your muscle tone and definition.

Yoga and Pilates Fusion

In this class, Laura takes the best moves from yoga and Pilates and combines them into a fun and rejuvenating hour of stretching, toning, and strengthening. This class includes movements that will improve your muscle tone, balance, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Outdoor Boot Camp!!  

Get ready for a fun and challenging workout that includes both cardiovascular and muscular endurance training. The difference is we can enjoy the beautiful June weather, because our training will be outdoors!!  During the summer months we will cross-train as you burn unwanted fat and get ready for summer!  More detail to follow!!

Butts and Guts

 Finally!!-- a class that targets the TWO MOST TROUBLESOME areas of the body! A full hour of abdominal and gluteal work, this is a fun class that gives us all a little of what we really need! The class includes work on the floor, the ball, and other fun and challenging exercises to target the abdominal area and midsection, as well as the hips, thighs and buttocks.

Kick 'n' Abs  

This class provides an excellent cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. Cardio-kickboxing is a popular hybrid of martial arts and aerobic dance; it is a fun and challenging way to improve your aerobic fitness! Join Laura for a 45:15 split of cardio-kickboxing and abdominal training.

Boot Camp

This Circuit Style workout is GREAT for fat-burning and obtaining the lean body you've always wanted!!!  Rotating through the calorie-blasting stations twice, you will get BOTH a cardio and resistance training workout in one fun-filled, intense hour!!

Spinning

Spin is one of the most intense cardio workout you can get!  We'll follow a program for all fitness levels, as we bike thru emulated hills and straight-aways.  Good music and an excellent workout can be expected!
