Although I initially resisted what I deemed to be a "girlie workout", Laura’s Kick N’ Abs class and her Cardio Boot Camp quickly became the highlights of my week, along with the most intense workouts of my life!  The classes immediately accelerated my fitness level, not to mention the way I look and feel. (I’ve even dropped a pants size, which was not part of my initial goal)!!  I’m hooked!  Laura’s workouts are fast-paced, but manage to cover all muscle groups. She pushes me in a way that I could never push myself, and I am often amazed at what I can accomplish. Laura is a natural teacher, an unbelievable motivator, and possesses a warm and friendly personality.  She’s always open to suggestions, and caters to all fitness levels.

Laura has also created a comprehensive personalized workout for me.  I can’t begin to tell you the impact this has had on my training results.  She knows and understands how important and essential physical fitness is to fulfilling and satisfying a person’s overall well-being, and she expresses her dedication through her clients.  Her commitment to my physical fitness will always continue to inspire me to achieve the best within myself, and to believe that my goals are real, and obtainable.
